a) Personal Data You Provide to Us:
- Account Information: When you first use the App, an anonymous account is created automatically using Unity Authentication Services to identify your device and save your conversation history. We do not collect personally-identifiable information like your name or email for this anonymous account.
- User Content: : We collect the text and voice messages you create and share while interacting with your AI character. This includes your conversations with the chatbot and your voice data from the speech-to-text feature.
- Contact Information: If you contact us directly for support or other inquiries, we may collect your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
b) Information Collected Automatically:
- Usage Data: We may automatically collect information about your device and how you use the App, such as your IP address, device ID, browser type, operating system, and a log of your activities within the App.
- Data Collected by Unity Technologies: Our App is built on the Unity engine. Unity automatically collects certain device and usage data. This may include your IP address, device identifiers (IDFA, IDFV), device model, operating system, and information about your in-app activity and hardware. Unity uses this data to provide and improve its services, including analytics and crash reporting.
- Crash Reports and Diagnostics: To identify and fix bugs and crashes, we use Unity's Crash and Exception Reporting, which may collect diagnostic data about your device and your use of the App at the time of a crash.
c) Information from Third-Party Services:
- AI and Voice Processing Data: Your interactions with the AI are processed by our third-party partner:
- Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services: Text-based conversations with your AI character are sent to Azure to generate responses. Your voice inputs (speech-to-text) and the AI's voice responses (text-to-speech) are also processed by Microsoft Azure.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect in the following ways:
- To Provide and Maintain the App: To create and manage your account, provide you with the core chatbot and voice calling functionalities, and ensure the App is working correctly.
- To Personalize Your Experience: To tailor the AI companion's responses and interactions to you.
- To Improve Our Services: To understand how our users interact with the App, to improve its features and functionality, and for research and development.
- To Communicate with You: To respond to your comments and questions, and to provide you with customer support.
- For Safety and Security: To detect and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity and to ensure the safety and security of our users.
3. Sharing of Your Information
We may share your information with third parties in the following situations:
- With Our Service Providers: We share your information with third-party vendors and service providers who perform services on our behalf, including:
- Unity Technologies: For user authentication, cloud infrastructure, analytics, and crash reporting.
- Microsoft Azure: For processing text-based AI conversations and for processing all voice data (both speech-to-text and text-to-speech).
- For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, to protect and defend our rights or property, or to protect the personal safety of users of the App or the public.
- Business Transfers: We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.

While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.

Our services are not intended for or directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that an individual under the age of 18 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to terminate that user's account and delete their information.
